📣 Private Class will be phased out by end March 2026

Why this change?
Many studios previously used Private Classes
 to manage 1-to-1 sessions with members. While this works well for smaller studios, it becomes difficult to manage as the number of clients grows.
Private Classes are built on the Group Class system
, which requires every session to be created as a specific time slot. This makes it hard to support more flexible scheduling (e.g. allowing members to book any available 1-hour slot between 9am–6pm
) without cluttering the schedule with many class entries.
The Appointments system
 is designed specifically for 1-to-1 bookings. It keeps the same workflow you are familiar with today, while also being built to support flexible availability booking
 — allowing studios to list their available time windows and let members book available appointment slots directly.
How to migrate
Add Appointments
 under Configure → Appointments
Update Packages
 to allow booking of these appointments under Configure → Package Options
Update Staff Payroll
 to include appointments under the Staff
 page
If you want to keep your current workflow, simply click “Add Appointment”
 in the Schedule
 page to create the appointment with your member — the process is simpler and more straightforward.
In the future, if you would like members to book available appointment slots directly
