We’ve made a few small improvements to how packages appear on the booking website, with the goal of making things feel clearer and more reassuring for your members — especially when reviewing their packages and billing status.
- Recurring packages now show “Renews On”(instead of “Expires On”), so members understand their package is continuing
- Expired packages are now visible and clearly marked, allowing members to trace their past purchases instead of feeling like packages have disappeared
- Recurring packages with failed payments now show “Payment Failed”, with a clear next step to update the payment method
